My Background
Most importantly, I am a mom of two grown sons, a survivor of childhood trauma, an empath, an entrepreneur, a business owner of 23 years and a Certified Professional Life Coach. I have conquered extreme low self-esteem and learned the coping skills to heal and overcome the obstacles to be successful personally and professionally. I want to help other women be able to find their own success and self-accomplishment with the tools I have learned through my education and personal and
professional experiences.

My Coaching Process
I take a simple and practical approach to coaching allowing you and I to identify areas that necessitate attention to reach your goals in a reasonable time frame. I take a minimal number of clients at a time so that I can give each client a personalized experience and the time and attention necessary to accomplish their objectives. My programs include weekly one-on-one zoom sessions, activities, exercises, downloadable assignments, a library of resources and many other materials to assist in your goals.
All coaching is done online in the comfort of your home at your own pace. One-on-one sessions are video or audio whichever you prefer and are comfortable with. Because I understand your life is busy, I will never overwhelm you with too much homework, exercises or activities.
Other Resources
I offer weekend or weekday workshops for intensive coaching courses as well as a Facebook group community for a just $10 a month that includes audio and video lessons, downloadable resources, strategies and tips and a place where women that are going through similar issues can collaborate, share stories and learn from each other. Also, I will be available to answer any questions you will have. It's like having a Life Coach on call!
